Hollywood : Redevelopment Hearing Set
The proposed Hollywood Redevelopment Plan is scheduled to be discussed at a meeting of the Los Angeles Planning Commission on Feb. 6.
The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. in Room 395 of Los Angeles City Hall. Representatives of the Community Redevelopment Agency, which developed the plan over the past two years with a citizen’s advisory committee, and the Planning Department, which has asked for several changes in the plan’s language, are expected to discuss the proposal.
The redevelopment plan requires a review by the commission before it is sent to the City Council. If the commission requires a second meeting to announce its findings, officials said, it will be held at 9 a.m. Feb. 13 at the Van Nuys Women’s Club, 14836 Sylvan Street, Van Nuys.
