LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Jan. 31, 1986

Hilton Hotels Corp., Beverly Hills, named John V. Giovenco president of its Nevada division. He had been executive vice president and chief financial officer. Also, Gregory R. Dillon was named president of Conrad International Hotels in addition to his post as vice president-corporate properties. The two men will also serve as directors of the corporation. Succeeding Giovenco as chief financial officer is Maurice Scanion, previously senior vice president and treasurer.
