Mexico Signs Egypt Pact

MEXICO CITY —
Foreign Minister Bernando Sepulveda said Friday that he signed a trade cooperation pact with Egypt and discussed possible Algerian investments in Mexico during an official visit to the two African nations. Sepulveda returned to Mexico City late Thursday.
