Company Buys Fontana Land

About 19.82 acres of unimproved real property in Fontana have been purchased by Centennial Capital Inc. of Orange, on the southwest corner of Citrus Avenue and Duncan Canyon Road, for a total consideration of about $594,600.

The property is contiguous to 39.3 acres at Duncan Canyon Road and Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County, purchased by Centennial last November. The bulk of the project is scheduled for high-density residential use, while the northern portion is zoned for commercial use.
