Xerox Corp. has elected two executives of its Reprographic Business Group, based in Webster, N.Y., to the additional posts of corporate vice presidents. They are Charles E. Otto, 45, vice president and general manager, and Michael Smith, 53, vice president and general manager of the group’s supplies strategic business unit. Both will continue in their present positions.
