Datum Inc. of Anaheim said it has completed the purchase--for an undisclosed price--of Bancomm Corp. of San Jose. Bancomm posted 1985 sales of $870,000. Louis B. Horwitz, Datum’s president, said that Bancomm’s product line of timing devices is a “perfect match” for Datum’s line of timing instruments.
