Singer Andy Williams had a blood-alcohol level of 0.17%, well in excess of the 0.10% legal limit when arrested for investigation of drunken driving on Jan. 20 in San Bernardino County, the California Highway Patrol said. Williams, 57, faces arraignment in Redlands Municipal Court on Feb. 26.
