Contrasting Headlines
Ronald Reagan is asking for billions of dollars more for “Star Wars” and defense spending, and asking for further cuts in social services spending. As the quality of life in the United States deteriorates, and more and more citizens, of all ages, are suffering, I cannot help but wonder what Reagan, his colleagues, family and friends think they are defending, apart from themselves and their own interests.
