Financing Arranged for San Diego Project
Permanent financing of $15 million has been arranged for Sports Arena Village, a 17-acre retail/office complex on the west side of and adjacent to the San Diego Sports Arena.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Finance Services, San Diego, arranged financing with Aetna Life Insurance, Hartford, Conn. Ticor Title Insurance Co. handled the escrow for sports Arena Village Ltd., San Diego.
