Infrasonics has received a $137,000 order from its Japanese agent for 22 high-frequency ventilators (similar to respirators) for infants. The state also has allowed trading of the company’s shares under a “blue sky” exemption, meaning that Infrasonics stock will not be subject to certain securities regulations commonly applied to new issues.
