Sea View League : Corona del Mar Has a Title Clincher : Fryer Scores 37 Points to Lead Sea Kings Over Costa Mesa, 83-54
Senior forward Jeff Fryer scored 37 points to lead the Sea Kings to the Sea View League championship with a 83-54 win over Costa Mesa Wednesday night. Fryer, who leads Orange County in scoring with a 27.7 average, was 16 of 29 from the field and 5 of 5 from the free-throw line.
The Mustangs (0-13, 1-19) trailed by 12 at the half, 42-30, and it only got worse in the third quarter when the Sea Kings outscored Costa Mesa, 19-4.
Corona del Mar (11-2, 21-4) was led by Sean Tunner with 10 rebounds. Teammate Todd Bearbower had a game-high 12 assists.

Woodbridge 49, University 48--Senior guard Mike Murphy hit a 15-foot jump shot with six seconds left to lift the Trojans to victory at University. The win cliched a playoff birth for Woodbridge (9-4, 20-6). Murphy scored 17 points and teammate Adam Keefe, a sophomore center, added 18. Brett Windslow scored 15 points and added 9 rebounds for the Warriors (6-7, 10-13). Junior guard Eric Olin scored 10 points and Lasse Galssen had 12 points and 9 rebounds for University.

Saddleback 71, Estancia 63--Senior guard Bryant Walton had a game-high 35 points to lead the Roadrunners (6-7, 13-11). Joe Deal added 12 points for Saddleback. Junior guard Kyle Mooney scored 22 points and teammate Craig Covey had 13 points and 6 rebounds for Estancia (7-6, 13-9).
