New-Residence Project Opens in Yorba Linda

Brock Manor, a new 59 single-family detached home community in Yorba Linda, opened this week end with a total 37 homes available in the first phase.

Three floor plans with 2,030 to 2,800 square feet of interior space, include one- and two-story arrangements with four bedrooms and two or three baths. Plan three features a bonus room.

Appointments include ceramic-tile entries, dining rooms, spacious family and living rooms with wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, microwave oven, breakfast nook in most plans, optional wet bar. Vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets are in master suites.

Priced from $175,000 to $208,000, the homes will be ready for occupancy in May. Sales office at 5905 Via del Bacente is open daily from 10 a.m. until dusk.
