Santa Fe Springs : $25,000 Boost for Parade

The City Council approved a $25,000 allocation to upgrade the city’s annual birthday parade. The money will be used to attract higher quality marching bands, with $8,000 going for band awards and $6,000 to help pay for transportation.
The city incorporated in May, 1957.
