Arthur Snyder

The Arthur K. Snyder article by Cathleen Decker (Jan. 27) gives us the same old, artful Arthur. My goodness, how he delineated the ways to be devious with the decisions that the city makes in planning cases.
There are many people in City Hall who admire Snyder for his ability. I have not met any who admire his ethics. I wonder how the sitting City Council members feel about the implication that they, all of them, are as easy to manipulate as some people think that Arthur was as a councilman.
Snyder, ex-councilman, wants to have his cake and eat it, too. Let’s keep the guy on the other side of “the ropes” where all non-members of the council belong. Perhaps his arrogance won’t be so noticeable.
