Denis P. Kalscheur, formerly vice president and treasurer of Tiger International, was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of AirCal Inc., the Newport Beach airline said Thursday. He succeeds Gary Peacock, who left AirCal late last year to join San Luis Obispo-based Wings West airlines. Kalscheur will be responsible for all financial operations, including financing, shareholder relations, general and revenue accounting, treasury operations, financial planning and risk management.
