Porter Ranch Project Opens With Sweeping Valley Views

Phase 1 of Northridge View Estates opens today with 17 single-family homes by S & S Construction Co. and Liberty Builders in Porter Ranch, Northridge, featuring sweeping views of the San Fernando Valley.

Four floor plans on one or two levels are available for the homes, which range from 2,600 to 4,162 square feet, and are priced from $309,900 to $469,900. They contain four or five bedrooms with three or four baths.

The homes feature vaulted or cathedral ceilings in the living rooms, wood-burning fireplaces, dining rooms, family rooms with fireplaces and wet bars; ceramic-tile, travertine marble or wood entries; country-style kitchens with built-in appliances, ceramic-tile countertops and greenhouse windows in some models, master bedroom suites with sitting area and some with a fireplace and terraces or balconies, and large closets.

One home has been sold prior to today’s opening, according to the developer, who said that move-ins are scheduled for late fall. Approximately 135 homes are to be built in the community.

Four models, designed by Creative Interiors, are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. They and the sales office, at 18204 Sheffield Court, Northridge, may be reached by taking the Simi Valley (118) Freeway to the Reseda Boulevard exit, and turning north.
