Work on Tech Center Begun in Cucamonga
Construction has begun on Rancho Technology Center, a $14-million research-and-development complex on 18.42 acres in Rancho Cucamonga.
A joint venture of the Muller Co. of Newport Beach and Occidental Development Fund II, the 360,930-square-foot, seven-building project is being constructed in two phases with Phase 1 scheduled to be completed in May. Designers are Kowalski-Harding & Associates Inc. of Carson.
