Bomb Explodes Near Peru President’s Talk

LIMA, Peru —
Four sticks of dynamite exploded one block from where Peruvian President Alan Garcia was addressing a mass rally, but the blast caused no injuries, police said Sunday.
The explosion Saturday night blew out windows of a state bank while Garcia was addressing members of his American Popular Revolutionary Alliance party in Trujillo, 350 miles north of the capital.
