Citing product development and start-up costs, Cohu Inc. on Monday reported a net loss of $201,797 for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31. Despite the loss, annual earnings totaled $1.08 million, down from $1.74 million the prior year, on revenues of $30.6 million, up 29%.
