Pasadena : Fasten Those Seat Belts
Police Chief James Robenson has put drivers on notice that beginning March 1, officers will begin issuing tickets to motorists who are violating the mandatory seat belt law. Those who are stopped for a traffic violation and are not wearing a seat belt will be cited. Maximum fine for a first offense is $20. Subsequent offenses carry a $50 maximum fine.
