Columbia Corporation, a Nashville-based owner and manager of skilled nursing homes, said it has entered an agreement to purchase La Habra Convalescent Hospital in La Habra for an undisclosed price from the Everhealth Foundation of La Mirada. The acquisition of the 87-bed facility is expected to be completed in late March. It is one of ten convalescent homes that Columbia Corporation is in the process of buying in California.
