Lived in Puerto Vallarta

My heart jumped a beat when I saw Jerry Hulse’s Feb. 16 piece on Puerto Vallarta. I lived down there in 1971 and it was an absolutely magical year. I played for the soccer team which made me a bit of a celebrity. I loved the article and have been back there several times over the years. I agree that the place still has great charm. Jerry set off an ache, making me want to return as soon as possible.
