Brown’s Views on Supreme Court
Brown’s apologia on behalf of his appointment of Rose Bird and others to the Supreme Court seems unbelieveably naive.
Now that the court has ruled that Theodore Frank had a faulty trial in the brutal murder of a little child, the state must now pay additional tax money to stage another farce in justice.
Rose Bird may be the target of much opposition. But only because she has been so verbal in her death penalty views.
No wonder trust in the judicial system has been eroded again.
