Meese to Deliver Reagan’s Message to Afghan Rebels

WASHINGTON — Atty. Gen. Edwin Meese III will travel to a refugee camp in Pakistan near its border with Afghanistan and deliver an encouraging message from President Reagan to Afghan rebels, a spokesman said Friday. Meese’s visit is scheduled for March 26.
