After watching the movie “Annie” on TV, I was shocked and dismayed at the brutal way the movie was cut up. Some of the most delightful scenes were cut out of the TV version to make room for the commercials. How appalling to think the almighty dollar is more important than viewing a wonderful movie such as “Annie.”
