BELGRADE, Yugoslavia —
Policeman Sinisa Micic, 27, went to a bar to celebrate winning $61,000 in a lottery at Smederevo, near Belgrade, on Thursday. When he left the bar he was killed by a passing truck. He is survived by his wife and a 3-year-old son, the Tanjug news agency reported.
