Pasadena Investors Buy Claremont Units

Fertig / Gordon Co. Pasadena, has purchased two Claremont apartment complexes with a total of 136 units. Both transactions were between principals and involved no brokers.

A 52-unit building at 512 W. San Jose St. was purchased for $2.2 million by F & G San Jose Ltd., a limited partnership from ICI, Orange. An 84-unit Building at 750 W. San Jose St. was purchased by Peter M. Fertig and John P. Gordon for $4 million from Douglas Whiting, Orange.
