President Reagan begins an 11-day Easter vacation today with a two-hour stopover in New Orleans to campaign for Senate candidate W. Henson Moore. White House spokesman Larry Speakes said the President will speak on the current crises in Central America and Libya before departing for his ranch near Santa Barbara.
