BASTROP, Tex. —
Richard Scutari, allegedly the last fugitive member of the white supremacist group The Order, left a Texas prison Wednesday in the custody of federal marshals to face racketeering charges in Seattle.
Scutari, 38, is charged in Seattle with violating and conspiring to violate federal racketeering charges, transporting stolen money and harboring a fugitive.
He also is wanted in a $3.6-million armored car robbery in 1984 in Ukiah, Calif., and is a suspect in the 1983 slaying of Denver radio talk show host Alan Berg.
