Newport Beach : Harbor Boat Shows Will Begin Thursday
The annual series of Newport Harbor in-the-water boat shows will begin Thursday at Lido Village docks, according to show organizer Lee Gjolme.
The opening event, which will run through April 6, will feature about 200 used boats, most of them 30 feet or longer, he said.
Sailboats, including some built in Finland and France, will be on display April 9-13, followed by the power boat show April 16-20.
Show hours will be 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
