Individual-game playoff tickets for the Lakers and Kings will go on sale Monday morning at the Forum box office and at Ticketmaster outlets.
Tickets for the Lakers’ three possible first-round playoff games will be available for $11.50 each. Tickets for the Kings’ two possible first-round games will be available for $20, $12.50 or $9.
