President Reagan has endorsed the recommendations of an Administration task force on the liability insurance crisis and will announce this week that he plans to submit legislation to Congress, White House officials told the Washington Post. Among the recommendations Reagan has accepted are limits on attorneys’ fees and restrictions on damages and damage awards for “pain and suffering.”
