Micro General Reports $432,000 Fiscal ’85 Loss

With its engineering and administrative expenses continuing to run at high levels, Micro General Corp. reported a net loss in fiscal 1985 of $432,000, compared to a 1984 loss of $596,000. Revenues were up about 25% for the year, to $4.26 million from $3.41 million.
The Irvine maker of computerized postal scales also reported a net loss of $265,000 for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1985, compared to a loss of $216,000 a year earlier. Revenue for the period dipped to $1.09 million from $1.18 million.
