ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — More than 100 civilians were killed or wounded by shelling from Pakistan into the eastern Afghan province of Paktia during a 12-day period last month, Afghanistan’s official Kabul radio said Wednesday night.

Pakistan, meanwhile, accused Afghanistan of shelling a Pakistani border area on March 30.
