Sex Charges Against Two Brown Students Dropped

PROVIDENCE, R.I. —
Prostitution charges were dropped Friday against two female Brown University seniors arrested in an alleged sex-for-hire ring that police say involved as many as 46 women. Reasons for the move were not disclosed.
