Bren Co. Introduces 160-Home Community Today in Upland

Twenty-six single-family homes are offered today in the grand opening of Upland Viewpoint, a residential community of 160 homes from the Bren Co. Prices for homes in the first phase range from $117,900 to $134,900.

Home designs include one- and two-story plans with three or four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, with three floor plans ranging in size from 1,437 to 1,809 square feet.

Features include fireplace, ceramic tile entry, vaulted ceilings, concrete tile roof and optional den in some plans. Kitchens have hardwood cabinets, ceramic tile counters, luminous ceiling and built-in double-oven and dishwasher.

Furnished model homes by Yeiser/Garland Interiors are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The models and sales office are located at 1742 Oakview Avenue in Upland.
