Culver City : Work Starts on Housing

Ground-breaking is scheduled to begin this week on Culver City Royale, a $5-million hotel-style retirement home for the elderly west of Overland Avenue between Washington and Culver boulevards.
The two-story facility, to be built by Goldrich & Kest Industries, will offer rental housing for seniors with moderate incomes.
