Fountain Crest, an I. S. Properties of Newport Beach development of 57 condominiums, opens today in Fountain Valley, with 17 of the 27 units in Phase 1 sold.
Priced from $79,900 to $109,900 with FHA and VA financing, the condos are available in three floor plans with 650 to 1,025 square feet.
Features include one to three bedrooms, including one plan with dual master suites. Vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile counters, natural oak cabinets and walk-in closets are also included.
Among the common amenities are a swimming pool and spa, surrounded by a sun deck. The monthly homeowners fee is $87, and first move-ins are scheduled in June.
The sales office, staffed by Dan Hoppy & Associates, and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 17333 Brookhurst St., reached from the Brookhurst Street exit of the San Diego (405) Freeway.
