B. F. Goodrich, the nation’s third-largest tire maker, said it lost $22 million in the first quarter. Speaking to securities analysts before the company’s annual meeting, John D. Ong, chairman and chief executive, said Goodrich finished most of its restructuring in the first quarter and said: “We expect to be profitable for the balance of the year.”
