Marlborough Ridge Opens First-Phase Homes in Walnut
Marlborough Ridge, a new development of Marlborough Development Corp., opens this weekend at 20716 E. Alpine Meadow Circle in Walnut.
The project, overlooking the San Gabriel Valley, offers three- to five-bedroom single-family homes with two to three baths in one- and two-story plans, with 1,819 to 2,777 square feet of living area.
A total of 210 homes will be built at Marlborough Ridge, with 19 homes available in the first phase selling at $169,990 to $219,990. Move-ins are scheduled for August.
Appointments include vaulted ceilings, carved wooden front doors, wood-burning fireplaces, dining areas, ceramic tile or wood parquet entries, carpeting, central heating and air conditioning and country kitchens with built-in appliances.
Six furnished model homes designed by Norman Colburt are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
