Intermark has signed a letter of intent to buy Rush Press in San Diego. Rush Press Chairman Ray Ehlers will continue as the firm’s chief executive. Ehlers is former president and chief operating officer of Fotomat Corp., and has owned Rush Press since 1979. The firm generated $9 million in revenue last year. Intermark already has a printing subsidiary--U.S. Press, which reported revenue for the fiscal year ended March 31 of $82 million.
