Titan Corp. reported $1.3 million in earnings and $26.9 million in revenues for the first quarter ended March 31, up from a loss of $398,000 and revenue of $22.3 million in the first quarter of 1985. The loss was from discontinued operations at the San Diego-based defense contractor.
