A physician with offices in Century City, Hollywood and South-Central Los Angeles has been named in a 120-count Los Angeles federal grand jury indictment charging him with illegally distributing and attempting to distribute controlled drugs. Leonard Breslaw, 61, was indicted after an extensive investigation by state and federal authorities that was code-named “Operation Rx.” Federal prosecutors said Breslaw is accused of distributing Dilaudid, Tuinal, Doriden, Percodan, Citra Forte, codeine and Valium. Bail was set at $100,000.
