Quake Jolts South Japan

TOKYO —
A mild earthquake shook southwestern Japan on Friday, but there were no reports of injuries or damages, police said. The epicenter of the quake, which measured 4.6 on the Richter scale, was in central Tokushima prefecture, about 300 miles southwest of Tokyo, the Central Meteorological Agency said.
