Brock Homes Holds Formal Opening of Riverside Tract

Construction is proceeding at the 63-unit Hawarden Estates project of Brock Homes, which is holding its formal opening today in Riverside. Thirty-two of the single-family homes had been sold by midweek, with occupancies scheduled to commence in June.

The one- and two-story homes offer three and four bedrooms and two or three baths in three floor plans ranging from 2,155 to 3,000 square feet. The homes are priced from $178,950 to $208,950 with a minimum 10% down payment.

The homes feature formal living areas, family rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, breakfast nooks, optional dens and, in some plans, bonus rooms and lofts.

The project’s architect is L. C. Majors. Three models decorated by Ardyce Larson of Design basics are open from noon to dusk on Mondays and from 10 a.m. to dusk all other days at 6827 Hawarden Drive.
