Victoria Heights, a community of 31 single-family homes, opens today in Riverside.
Priced from $139,900 to $169,900, the homes are available in three one- and two-story floor plans with three or four bedrooms, wood-burning fireplace, vaulted living-room ceiling and breakfast nook in 1,727 to 2,217 square feet of space.
The Manning Co. is developing the homes in a rural area with palm-lined streets and giant eucalyptus trees. First move-ins are scheduled on Aug. 1.
The sales office and three furnished models are open Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at at 6809 Frances St.
