Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto threatened to mobilize her many supporters against the government if Gen. Zia ul-Haq does not soon set a date for elections. Earlier, Bhutto was cheered by a crowd of 250,000 in Karachi as she declared: “Zia, you must go. People are not with you.” Bhutto, who returned last month from self-exile, has been touring the country in a campaign against Zia.
