Iraqi Bombs Hit Tehran Suburbs

NICOSIA, Cyprus —
Iraqi warplanes bombed an Iranian oil installation near Tehran today, touching off a fire. Iran said two cities also were attacked and that four people died and at least 17 were wounded.
