Shareholders of Hilton Hotels, a major operator of casinos in Nevada, elected Raymond C. Avansino Jr., a former member of the Nevada Gaming Commission, to a three-year term. Avansino, a Reno lawyer, is chairman of the ELW Foundation and of Wiegand Resources.
