Oklahoma Twister Injures 12, Ruins 2 Dozen Homes

EDMOND, Okla. —
A tornado touched down Thursday night in this Oklahoma City suburb, causing minor injuries to at least 12 people and destroying more than two dozen homes, authorities and witnesses said.
Twelve people suffered minor injuries when the storm hit the town of 35,000 north of Oklahoma City, Edmond Police spokesman Lt. Mike Wooldridge said.
